History
Goodhill Enterprise (S) Pte Ltd was incorporated in 1973 and has factory with covered areas totaling 7,000 m2. It began business as a trader in timber logs, sawmilling and the importing and exporting of timber wood, moulding products and sawn timber especially Ramin timber. This timber business included the Kiln Drying of timber and then further expanded into the importing and exporting of American Wood Timber in the late 1980s. Now our business cover fire-rated doors, acoustic doors, metal doors, wooden doors, wood decking, composite Decking, Vinyl Tiles etc.
In 1989, Goodhill Enterprise (S) Pte Ltd. began trading in Cambodia, and in 1993, Goodhill Enterprise (Cambodia) Ltd. was established. Having many years of business operations and experience, Goodhill has evolved to become one of the leading sales and distribution companies in Cambodia.
In 1996, Goodhill Enterprise (S) Pte Ltd started to import timber doors from Indonesia. The company also manufactures wooden Fire Rated doors, plywood doors and custom-designed doors to suit all market requirements.
In 2006, the outdoor Merbau wood decking/flooring division was formed and in 2008 wood plastic composite (WPC) was incorporated into this division to provide customers with a wider range and choice of products. In between these two periods, the resources division was formed in 2007 to trade in coal, sand and granites.
In 2009 under OEM the ‘GOODHILL’ brand of high quality Korean vinyl tiles was introduced. We are the main supplier in Singapore.
In 2012, Goodhill E-Biz Pte Ltd was launched as a branch that focuses on business matching and exhibition services for Korean companies. Goodhill E-Biz Pte Ltd is a certified member of the Small and Medium Business Corporation(SBC) by the Korea Central Government and the Korea International Trade Association(KITA).
Since 2015, we have strengthened our flooring product line-up by being the Exclusive Singapore Distributor for DuraDeck&DuraFloor range of products. Our range of DuraDeck Composite Decking products has been used in various HDB / Nparks / Commercial / Residential projects. As of end 2019, almost half a million square feet of DuraDeck products has been delivered and installed for our satisfied customers all around Singapore.
