In addition to that, we are also able to upgrade or modify your existing conveyor systems to better suit your needs. The conveyor designs that we had developed for our clients which includes tray return system, gravity roller conveyor and belt conveyor.

TRAY RETURN SYSTEM

Designed and developed for use in places such as the Changi Airport, Singapore Cruise Centre and several other locations. The Tray Return System is a standalone unit. The Tray Return System is designed to accommodate trays that are used for security screenings, and to ease the workload of security officers, allowing for smoother security checks.

​GRAVITY ROLLER CONVEYOR

The term ‘Gravity Roller’ is used as this type of conveyor is non-powered, using gravity to assist in product movement. This kind of conveyors are typically mounted with a slight decline angle to allow products to roll from one point to another using gravity. Alternatively, Gravity rollers can also be used in applications where the conveyor is level, allowing operators to push the product along, thus allowing for multiple work stations, if needed.

FLAT BELT CONVEYOR

Flat Belt Conveyors are used mainly for the conveying of goods on a belt that rests on a flat bed supported by aluminium profiles. The movement of the belt is carried out by a drive motor that allows for fixed or variable speed. It is commonly integrated with an inkjet printing system for the printing of products at a fast pace.
