Lai Xinfeng specialize in various types of wire mesh, these wire mesh can be made of different alloy of metal, as well as plastics and synthetic like materials like Polypropylene, polyethylene, polyester, nylon and woven or welded to form a variety of shapes, opening sizes and material thickness.

Here are our wire products as follows:

• Plain Weave Wire Mesh is the most commonly used and the simplest form, with each Warp wire passing alternately over and under the Weft wires running transversely through the cloth at 90 degree angles. These meshes are commonly used for sorting, screening and filtering applications.
• Plain Dutch Weave Wire Mesh is produced by using coarse wire in the Warp and fine wire in the Weft directions, to give it greater strength to aid particles retention and increase the filter cake formation.
• Twilled Weave Wire Mesh is produced by passing each Weft wire alternately over and under two Warp wires, giving the appearance of parallel diagonal wires. This type of weave has a wider application capable of supporting greater loads and finer filtrations.
• Twilled Dutch Weave Wire Mesh is produced by combination of the features of Dutch Weave and Twilled Weave wire mesh. This type of weave is suitable in applications where the filtering of heavy material is necessary.
• Crimped Woven Wire Mesh is plain weave wire mesh woven of crimped galvanized or stainless steel alloys that offers very stable structure and good strength for applications in coal and mineral mining and for security partition panels in buildings.
• Welded Wire Mesh is generally of a larger open size and wire thickness, with intersecting wires welded together at each junction to provide more strength and rigidity to maintain uniform squares or rectangular shapes. Generally used as a support mesh for filtrations and in other applications as partitions, security panels, dog and bird cages, gabion baskets and retaining wall gabions.
• Crimped Knitted Mesh is used to weave compressed units for Frame Arrestors. Knitted Mesh is available in mesh rolls, circular or rectangular as Demister Pads, complete with filters and as compressed elements.
• Security/Welded Fencing, we supply premium quality welded security fence made from hard drawn wires and hot dipped to BS EN ISO 1461 Standard. Manufacturing standard to BS EN 10223-7:2012 available in roll top and bottom profile, V-crest profile. Pitch Opening: 12.5mm x 75mm, 25x75mm,50x150mm …….., Wire Diameter: 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm…….., Other Materials include Galfan (Alu-Zinc), Galfan + Powder Coated, Heavy Pre-GI +Powder Coated.
• Razor Barbed Security Fence/Razor Barbed Mesh made of expanded metal, 95mm x 200mm x 3mm thick,  3.5mm strand with razor barb 0.5-0.6mm thick. In heavy hot-dipped galvanized.
• Chain-linked Fence is woven in diamond pattern provides strong, durable and flexible construction. Diamond mesh is used as perimeter fencing for tennis court, river banks construction and residence, military installations protection and also as animal and garden fencing. Available in different widths and materials of low carbon steel and galvanized or PVC coated to ensure longer life span, and other alloys such as stainless steel and aluminum.
• Hexagonal Wire Mesh as reinforcement, protection and heat preservation material in construction, petroleum, chemical industry, garden fencing and foodstuff industry, is available in normal twist or reverse twist, electro-galvanized before or after weaving, hot-dipped zinc plated, PVC coated, enameled or stainless steel alloy in different width.
• Expanded Metal Mesh is formed from a single piece of metal which involves slitting and stretching the metal to create holes instead of punching or cutting it out. By expanding metal from its solid sheet form additional strength is added, thus making it ideal for catwalks, ramps, walkways and platforms. Expanded Metal Mesh can be made from a wide range of materials, namely, carbon steel expanded mesh, galvanized expanded mesh, and stainless steel expanded mesh, expanded nickel mesh and other alloys.
• Perforated Metal Mesh is formed from a single piece of metal which involves punching holes to form a regular pattern of round, square, rectangular perforations or desired shapes of choice. Perforated Metal sheets are used as support to Filter Media in various automotive applications, air and liquid filtration, lighting diffusers, decorative and aesthetic applications and as security screens.
